"I just am very happy that you're speaking about E3 Live, because it's the most important supplement that's hit the 21st century."
- Brian Clement
"E3Live and AFA Cyanophyta are the only source of vegetarian food that has the long chain omega 3's. Long chain omega 3's are extremely critical for the health of our bodies... and particularly for depression and anti-inflammatory"
- Dr. Gabriel Cousens
(Note: Cousens is talking about the long chain fats DHA and EPA. It was previously thought that fish were the only source of these fats. Some eggs may have these fats if it is specifically listed on the box. New research has found that the herb purslane also contains EPA. Nature's First Law also sells an algae that is very high in DHA.
I highly recommend E3 Live and eat it every day!
I'd like to recommend another article to you about the Klamath AFA Blue-green algae. This is from a lecture given by Viktoras Kulvinskas, who many consider the Father of the modern living foods movement. He opened Hippocrates Health Institute (HHI) with Ann Wigmore back in the 1960's. (Brian Clement is the current director of HHI.)
