Today I watched some amazing videos on vegan and raw food preparation. One video is movie star Leslie Bega making raw pasta with pesto sauce. She is using the Saladacco spiral slicer machine, which is my favorite appliance!
The second video is Elizabeth Kucinich, wife of presidental candidate Dennis Kucinich. In the video Kucinich is making a raw vegan chocolate pudding, it looks delicious! You can view the raw vegan food demo videos at GLiving.tv

Too bad the link leads to a 404 now. I wonder if I can find those videos in the Internet. If ever you find the videos again, I hope that you share them again sometime soon. They will certainly help a lot of people, especially those who are looking forward to have a great body in the future.
